All watches sold by Carolina Watches are 100% authentic. As a watchmaker-owned business, every timepiece is personally inspected and evaluated by an OWME Certified Watchmaker to ensure authenticity, proper function, and reliable performance.

We take great care to accurately describe each watch’s condition. Please note that many of our watches are pre-owned and may show signs of normal wear consistent with age and use. Any notable imperfections will be disclosed in the product listing.
Warranty Policy

All watches come with a minimum 14-day warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty is provided to ensure:

  • Proper mechanical function
  • Accurate timekeeping within reasonable expectations
  • Overall operational reliability

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, impact, water exposure beyond rated resistance, or unauthorized service
  • Cosmetic issues disclosed prior to purchase

Returns & Exchanges

At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Due to the nature of luxury and pre-owned timepieces, all sales are final. However, every watch is backed by our inspection process and warranty to ensure you receive a quality, properly functioning timepiece.

We encourage customers to review all product details carefully and reach out with any questions prior to purchasing.
Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase.

  • Orders are securely packaged
  • Shipments are insured for their full value
  • Tracking information will be provided once your order ships

Carolina Watches is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
